Dear ScamBook,
On 11 July 2013 I have placed an order for 'Play Intense By Givenchy For Man EDT 100ml, Code: 3274870553363' and was charged $48 for it plus $11.27 for shipping, which added up to $59.27. Few weeks later the parfume arrived. When I opened the box I noticed that the pacckaging did ot look genuine - the bottle was scratched and was made from poor quality materials. After few weeks of using (not even every day) the spray nozzle stopped working at all. I had a genuine parfume before and can definetely see that the one I received from Beauty Department is a fake! I have contacted their customer support regards a refund for non-genuine product and never heard anything back. Then, almost 2 months later, I emailed them again and received the following responce:

We are providing 2 options of delivery:
Economy - Offers great value but does not feature tracking information or insurance
Insured - Tracking number and Insurance is included up to €300
According to our records you have selected and paid for economy delivery.

When checking out you confirm that you have READ and ACCEPT our T&C.

I cannot see what delivery options have to do with fake product being supplied.
