On October 13, 2013 I ordered a stuffed bunny online from My Fancy Princess. I did receive a response that they confirmed my order and they charged my credit card the $33.90. By November 15, I did not receive the item so I tried to contact them by phone but they NEVER answer the phone and I sent several e-mails. Threatened legal action and they finally e-mailed me that the item was out of stock and just arrived 'yesterday'; On November 26, 2013, I did receive a note that the item shipped and would take 2-5 business days. It has been 10 business days and I still have not received my package. I am very disappointed in their service and feel they are a SCAM. I want my money back.
