This is what I emailed them today. I've emailed one yesterday. They do offer phone no but "high volume of calls", chat live but no perosn to take my message.

Hi,
I need a response back re my orders. I got my first order yesterday for the two men's bracelets (supposed to be a total of 4 but only received 2 items), but the tracking info notification states 4 items and I WAS charaged for 4 items.
Also, a few of my orders were shipped already on 12/9/13, but I was not getting any notifications (i.e. the shipment above states it was delivered on 12/9, but I got it from the mail on 12/10. so how is that possible?) . the other orders were "fishy" as well as all notification stated it was delivered on 12/9/13 but I just got a notification today that my third was shipped? WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES??
so, a few things going on here:
1. I only received two items so far (was shipped and delivered on 12/9 but in fact it was delivered on 12/10 as I received it from the courrier) but I was billed for 4 items.
2. the other orders states it was delivered, but where are they? ( I just got a notification today that it was shipped, so how can it states that it was already delivered??).
I appreciate a reply for this matter.

have been exchanging emails with Manny, rep from their website....he kept telling me that my orders were delivered already per the "tracking" number. I have received 2 out of 6 packages, but out of those two received" one was wrong quantity.

Then just tried logging in to my acct and it has been deactivated
