Like so many other complaints, I thought I was ordering a trial sample and was to have pay the shipping of $2.95 and, because I didn't cancel the order within three days of ordering (took three weeks to get the "sample"), my credit card was charged $159.00. No where on the shipping statement was there any address or information so if I didn't want the product, where to return it to. Talked to an "agent" who said that because I didn't cancel within the three day period, the full cost of the "sample" was charged to my account. My card was charged the day the free sample was ordered. Not sure what my options are.
