Was told I needed a permanent resident card for a cruise so I googled and found immigrationdirect.ca and thought it was agovernment site it looked like one, I paid the fees and after printing out the form I was supposed to mail in found out I didn't need the card so I asked by email to get a refund since I hadn't submitted te forms yet, I was told they couldn't do it and if I wanted to talk to someone about it to call long distance across Canada to discuss it.
