Says free trail but infact is not a free trail received free trail 10days after paying for postage and packaging so didn't even get a trail period. Offered to return the product unopened in exchange for refund which they will not do even though it states in there terms and conditions they would. Couldn't cancel the membership within the 14 day trail as unable to get any kind of number for the, until the product arrived.
