No where on the application did it say i'd be charged a fee. They asked for my card details so that my loan repayments can go out of there.
Rude staff keep saying i'll have a refund in 7 days.

- Same happend to me this Thursday they had tried to take money from my bank everyday! The bank are going to refund the money if they font in a weeks time so ring your bank and tell them what's happend . The woman that continuously answered the phone was damn right rude disgusting language shame on her but I gave her a mouth full. When I looked up online about this it had happend to many others same rude staff and same excuses about a refund which they do not intend on refunding.
