First ordered TRIAL in Sept 2013 to only be charged shipping of $2.95, they didn't even ship it til later BUT said trial started at order date! THEN when received, it had 3 extra bottles totalling $148.96. I called IMMEDIATELY to tell them about THEIR error and NOT to charge my acct. They assured me that it wouldn't & gave me return info & returned it NEXT day, Sept 19. They charged my account $100.95 on Oct 4 & have been awaiting my refund since! Called again today bcuz this was the week I was supposed to get it NOW saying some mess that they can ONLY refund me $76 due to some BS that "they can't find my name????" How in the hell you can't find my name when they gave been pulling up my "acct" all this time and assuring me of the $100.95 plus u charged MY acct so how do u not see my name?!!!!!! Please just go to health food store, GNC or order online from Vitamin World! These Lol are CROOKS!!!!
