They some how intercepted my phone call to pay my TDS bill. They said it was a customer appreciation program. I asked to have them look up my account information, but said that they would do that at the end of the call to pay my bill. They lied. Bottom line is they got my credit card information, said they would only charge me $1 to send me information and a $100 walmart gift card. Automated verification and cancellation # read too fast and multiple programs and fees listed, that's when I said "No". I asked for a supervisor, but she wouldn't send me to one. I insisted a cancellation, but she would not. She gave me a Conf. #. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my credit card.
