I am feeling nervous about this company.I cannot get through on the phone to the "London" number. 9 days ago I was charged £228.97 for 5 items and since then I have tried to get into my account to trace my order but cannot get in.Tried several times to reset password but they do not send me a reset link despite saying on screen that this has been sent to me.I have checked on Google and found many complaints that the company is a scam.Why then do visa etc deal with them? If my package comes through tomorrow I will report back.
