I found a pending transaction from this company on my bank account. The bank states they can't stop it. I have no clue what this company is or what they sell. I just know I didn't buy anything from them.
The bank is having me fill out paperwork against this company, which is fine but I need access to my account. Due to this I'm going to have to close this account and start over I have a lot that comes out automatically and it's Christmas time. This is a nightmare, can you help.
