I purchased a joblot of 30 leads/cables for the iphone, After waiting a month for delivery i got a card posted stating that the local post office have my package and i cannot collect it until i pay the £18.37 charge that i was not told about prior to purchase. After waiting days to get some money together to pay for the charge, I opened the packet and there was only one cable! Which means i have had to pay a customs charge that shouldn't have even been there (i only got the charge because the packet had a value of $107 written on it but the cables only cost something like £2.50 each!)
I have had no luck with everbuying to resolve this and i am waiting for a reply from paypal, I want my money back (including the wrongly given customs charge) Today!
Update: 12/15/2013
Still not getting any reply from everbuying and paypal wont let me dispute the transaction! I have been robbed and paypal and everbuying are not doing anything about it!!!
