I attempted to view the items that were available on their site. I registered for the site thinking that my card information was being placed on file for when I decided to make a purchase. Instead, I was immediately charged $99.00 for bids. I did not have an opportunity to confirm or decline the charge before I was told that I had purchased the bids. I have attempted to contact their customer service by their online form 3 times and have not received ANY response. I have not been able to find a customer service number and the option to chat online with a customer service rep does not work. The charge on my card says that it was done by Zbiddy. Zbiddy is mentioned all throughout the terms for the hotcloseouts site. I attempted to contact their customer service telephone number and the representatives that are supposed to be there 24/7 are not available. The messages says they are available for limited hours M - F.
