Ordered a camera online, next day I received a phone call and agreed to purchase 3 other items. Received the order, with one extra item and missing one item. The bill was $450.00 over the amount due and not itemized. I have no idea how they arrived at the amount they charged. They do not answer their customer service number for a refund , no response to e mail or any phone number given for a refund as stated. I reported them to the New York better business bureau , the sent my complaint to the company and no response after 30 days. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!
