I'm sorry to read all the complaints about this company. They are bandits, make no mistake about it, but there is no point in sending them letters or telephoning them. You must make a formal complaint to the police (Economic Crime Unit) and also to the FSA. But you must all do it. One voice crying in the wilderness will not be heard. We need a very big choir, and we can put these people out of business. GET SINGING!
