When I was attempting to order the 30 day trial of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus, it wouldn't accept my debit card. After several attempts, I finally just called the number on the order form. The gentleman got my order to go through with no problem. But BEFORE I gave him my information I told him I had a question about their product, which was - does your product contain calcium? He assured me that it did NOT have calcium. I received the product Friday. Upon opening it, the first thing listed for ingredients is 50mg of calcium !! I am still trying to get a hold of someone at the company about this issue. My second complaint with this company is the extra charge for a cleansing/detox supplement that was offered with the trial offer of the Garcinia Gambogia. I didn't read anything about this. When I called for help the gentleman made it sound like it was an "I'm sorry for your problems" kind of thing. It was only a charge of $2.99 but I understood there would be no charge.
The money part is NOT a big loss, it's the fact that I was lied to about the calcium. I do NOT deal well with a liar or a thief.

- Did they tell you if they cancelled your account? I would call and make sure all recurring charges are cancelled and ask if you can return the product for a full refund.
