My complaint is the same as the others...
I was told I had a free trial and only had to pay $4.95 for shipping. I was not told I had to cancel within 14 days to avoid being billed for another month's supply (nor that it was $99.99 plus shipping/month). I called to get a refund and all they could do is not charge me for the other order they just sent out (but I have to pay to ship it back to them). I told my credit card company to not let them charge anything else to my card. Such a scam.
