I sent my almost brand new iphone 4s to this company after receiving an online quote from them. I immediately received the mailer to send my iphone to them. I was able to track the receipt of the phone and received an online quote which was changed and they said they sent it to me for approval. I never approved the revised quote. They noted on my account that payment was being processed. It has been over a month and I have not received any checks from them. I have sent several inquiries and filed two "tickets" for support, none have been answered. There is no way to contact this company except via email. I can't believe that their site is still up and running!
