We booked a holidaypark via hotelsone and on the site it said no paymant until end of stay but asked for visa details to secure reservation. On arrival at holiday patk we had to refuse
the room for lack of hygiene the bed was disgusting. We tried to claim a refund at yhe hotel but they refused and then tried to get the refund from hotelone but all they will do is send somekind of automatically generated message that is always the same.
