We got an order for customized leather jackets from Ron Kisiel for 3 different jackets. He promissed that when we shall dispatch the goods and the amount becomes US$ 500 he will remitt the payment. We shipped to 2 different addresses in USA and third jacket was with us and asked him to remitt the payment. He refused to send us the payment. We have all records and his communication,
