As with the other complaints, I signed up my rental property with this organization for five years of activity with a guarantee of a return of the full amount if I did not have listings that resulted in the full amount invested by me within one year. I did not have any inquiries within the first year. When I contacted the company for a refund, they advised that I had to have contacted them with the request for a refund within one month after the end of the first year. I did not receive that information upon booking. I reviewed all information I was sent and did not find any reference to any requirements associated with receiving a refund. This is indeed false representation and a scam. How can we fund out how many vacation rentals actually are supported by United in Uniform within any given year, or, if any are?
