Attended the timeshare "sales presentation", after few hours it became clear to us that location is not suitable for us as it did not have much to offer. We communicated this to sales folks in the most polite manner, the sales manager became agitated and physically threatened us. We expressed desire to leave the premises right away, the scheming ensued where they tried to extract another 500 Pesos from us or they said they will keep us hostage on site as long as it takes. They summoned physically imposing security personnel and blocked us in the sales room. We acquiesced to their demands but never received the promised gifts for attending sales pitch. The losses are: $200 in unreceived gifts (two tours) and $30 cab ride back.

We know that many people there got schemed out of thousands of dollars, so we are lucky in some extent. But on the day when we were there we feared for our lives. This place has to be shutdown and its owners arrested.


We will be filling complaint with US consulate as this place is operating by Americans and they showed that they are more than willing to use violence.
