The person using the above alias is pretending to be a US Army soldier who was stationed in Afghanistan, and just a few days ago, supposedly deployed to Born State, Nigeria,Africa. At one point he asked me for money for an airplane ticket, then a cell phone and today he wanted $80 to pay for internet. I told him I did not have extra funds for anyone, esp. Someone I didn't know. Told him a few other things as well, he suddenly was gone and his fb profile was totally gone. Also, one of his supposed fb friends' photos is on a scammer site. His actions were definitely not that of a soldier. I have friends who have military spouses and they alerted me of the lies this person told.
Since I sent no money, I am not out anything but want others to be aware that there are a lot of individuals out there using stolen military pics on romance sites. The above mentioned contacted me on Skout. So, beware, check out scamdigger, fb, and any place else you can find.
