I have so many things to tell you. #1 The room upgrades are only superficial, and done by untrained and incompetent workers. Half of the rooms still have the old tv's from1985,lol..Seriously, the travelling crew all stunk like marijuana, had loud parties, and BBQ'd right next to their room doors, causing a fire hazard. Adrian, the supervisor, hired random people off the street to work on the rooms, and even hired some of the motel's guests, including a Registered Sex Offender, Mark. A few weeks ago, many of the workers were arrested, including the Registered Sex Offender, who had molested an eleven year old girl right there in the motel! #2 A drunken, creepy old man who calls himself "Munch" keeps following around other guests and saying nasty things to them, trying to start fights. I know for a fact that he pushed and shoved another guests who was trying to ignore him. Be sure to keep this "Munch" away from your kids! But don't bother complaining to the front desk, because Wendy is too busy making false accusations to the decent customers, and Kim is too busy just being hateful to anyone she can. #3 Most of the maids are nice, but the one black lady , I think her name is Cassandra, yells at customers and is so rude I don't know how she still has a job. I don't care what color she is, anyone should be able to be nice to customers, no matter what color you are or they are. #4 This is the best part of all...Last Sunday, December 8, they made all the customers who had been there 2 weeks or more move to other rooms IN THE MIDDLE OF SNOWSTORM CLEON!!!!! I kid you not! They made everyone, including those of us who have kids, move our belongings IN THE SNOW!! We were given extremely short notice to move, and we were hounded by Kim and Odetta the whole time. The general manager did not show her face for one single minute on that day. We were told that "corporate" forced the moves, so that the maids could deep clean room. If that's the case, then why were the new rooms still filthy?
