I booked a train ticket online on trainline.com. After paying for the tickets with my credit card. I was offered a £15 cash back. All I had to do was print and cut out the coupon and send it to them. Which is what I did. No mention of fees or joining anything. Two months later I found out that they have been taking money out of my account! Without my permission! Taking money without the account holder's knowledge is THEFT! I want my money back and them to stop taking money out of my account.
