I somehow got thrown onto a page that thanked me for my $99 purchase of bids on Hotcloseouts2013. I must have filled in some info, as I was intrigued with their "tease" email saying they had an Ipad Air for $17.57. However, I never submitted it with the knowledge of being charged $99 for bids upfront. I thought it would be something I could look at and pay as I went if I decided to bid. I spent many hours on that Ipad air, and even set it up for auto bids during the hours I couldn't be at my computer. I finally gave up, as the same item was there with people still bidding days later. It kept saying after it went down to 1 sec....going, going, going, and then it went right back up. Many times I thought I had won it only to watch it go right back up. Besides that complaint, they have a lot of categories of things you can bid on and more than half of them are empty with nothing to bid on. This is a rip off, and I could have used my $99 to actually go towards purchasing an Ipad Air. Scam, scam, scam! They are still showing that same dang thing weeks later with no winner!
