They make sure that you don't have a way to access their web site or provide you with a phone number to call. I had to monitor my credit card on a daily basis so I could get access to their phone. When I called they said that I had agreed to their conditions but I did not see anywhere where that they could charge my credit card for what they say was a "trial sample" and that I did not know/read and/or interprested the information provided. Their advertising is deceiving and their customer service people are opinionated and disrespectful. I spoke with Shawn-I'm pretty sure that is not his real name. Remember Peggy from the Discover commercials.
