I subscribed for lean slim cleanse starter kit, as well as Lean Slim in July 2011 and paid $9.90 for shipping. I was shocked this month when my husband told me that a monthly payment of £112.90 is being taken from our account since August . Not only did I not receive the August and September supplies, for which we have been charged, I did not request them.

I spoke with Nat West who then contacted the Company's bankers to be informed that I had provided them with a CONTINUOUS AUTHORITY which allows them to charge our account until further notice. I would not do this, as I would order individually, as and when needed and wonder how this can happen.

As requested by my bank, I sent an email complaint to the Company and asked that they cancel my order for tablets which I am supposed to be receiving. My Bank are sending me additional documents in order to reclaim the money they have debited, due to non receipt of goods.
