I am using moneybookers from last six months and since I earned money through freelancing and uploaded to my moneybookers.com account so that I can transfer to my bank. But I am very sorry to inform that I can never found any thing in my account. I tried two times to transfer my money to my bank account, but did not received anything. After waiting 10 days, I sent an email to them. In the result they refunded bank the withdrawn amount to my account. but fees was not refunded.
But they blocked my account for any kind of incoming and outgoing payment. Now I have $409 in my moneybookers account, and have no chance to withdraw or refund it. I can never transfer my money to any other account. They are providing only way to withdraw money to bank account, but when ever I withdraw, they only deduct fees, and I don't receive anything.

THis is a totally scam site, they have stolen my money and I guess now they are using blocking method to just show money virtually, which I can never use at any way.

when I send them email they reply that they can never provide me any service. I can withdraw money to bank account.

Any one please help me how can I fight with them on this injustice and how can I claim them in court?
