Back at the beginning of the year (2013) I did (via an advert through my computer) request to be part of a FREE trail offer, after the first delivery around June 2013 I sent an email to stop this as we did not wish to be part of the FREE offer. Since then I have been receiving a box ever month and nothing I can do stops the coming. I have tried return to sender, I have instructed the parcel deliver people not to bring them and yet the continued to come. I have tried to contact them via their [email protected], the emails return, the website is not recognised and now they have billed me £55 and taken this from my Bank account. The parcels come from The Fulfilment Center, 6330 North Washington St, Unit B, Denver, CO 80216, United States.
I have three question and requests;
1. How can I get my money Back?
2. How Can I stop them coming?
How can we stop organisations like this operating and get their items back to them?
I have 5 boxes Unopened.
