I sent in a textbook for Buyback via TextbookRush.com and they did not pay me for my buyback. They told me that they wanted me to submit a copy of my receipt when I purchased the textbook. I do not have the receipt and it is NOT necessary to present a receipt to them (especially when I bought it for my school). They are just making excuses NOT to pay me my money OR send my textbook back to me. They are stealing textbook from college students because they are being sued by all of the major publishers for making illegal copies of textbooks and selling them to college students. They company is a complete scam and they are already being sued and investigated. Stay away from this company at all cost.
