we had a surveyor give us a quote and paid the deposit which we were assured would be refunded if we changed our mind. we decided to wait until we could afford a bit better quality kitchen,we would have looked at them with this company. we sent the paperwork and are still waiting for the refund,upon ringing the person we need to speak to is never available,we are promised a call back but that never happens.this has gone on for too long, the number that we are ringing is now unavailable (Personal Information Removed)
