Got a bag from the website and wen received it it was fake...Have been trying to approach them for the refund the trader is absolutely avoiding..And before purchasing i had a word about the originality and they said its in a high quality. They clear cheated on me which is not fair and most importantly the bag was worth 118 pounds and they debited 134 pounds from my account which is ridiculous!I want them to take the product back and give my refund..thats it!

I really need my refund..they have clearly cheated on me and debited extra money from my debite card without my permission..i have a bank statement as a proof..Please help me with this issue

And whenever they replied to my emails they only asked about one thing that what is my order number and website where i placed the order.I literally emailed them 5 times my order number and the website where i placed my order.

I have been chasing them through emails from the past 3 and a half months..the only reason they give me is its not worth for me to send the product back...which is clearly stupid!

- I would strongly advise people not to buy products from this fraudulent website. These people will first give you false information about the product and attract you so that you can buy it and when you receive the product its complete fake

- And most importantly the price of the product written on the website would be different but while debiting the money this fraudulent trader will debit more money from your account that's what has happened to me. Please don't be the victim of these fake trader's
