I sent for a free trial moisturiser the company asked for bank details to cover a cost of £3.95 for postage I did not give them permission to take any money from my account except the £3.95.I wasnt aware of the money bieng taken until my bank sent me a letter to say I was overdrawn as a pensioner I am usually very careful with my money as I live on a limited amount of money. The bank went through all the money that had gone out of my account when they mentioned a payment for£69 .95 I queried this and was told it was a payment to
Radiolabs I have never given this company permission to take this
money.The result of this left me not only very stressed but also furious that this whole thing happened. Imagine my suprise when I looked on line and discovered that this company has done the same thing to lots of other people.This companies actions resulted in me being overdrawn for the first time in my life I am very annoyed that this treatment is standard practice for this company.
