I am still waiting for a Frosting Decor Pen I ordered on September 3, 2013. Its now December and still havent received the item. Have talked to these people, sent emails and have been totally ignored. Nobody answers the emails and in conversation with them they are arrogant and wont give me any status as to when I should be receiving it. I have asked numerous occasions for a refund and they refuse to do so. I am disgusted with this "company" and I believe its a scam.
