I ordered a pair of shoes from Shoes World (website sneakerark.com). I paid via paypal and noticed the payment went to [email protected]. The individual associated with this email was a yao jian lan. I became suspicious and called paypal I was told that this paypal account was set up less than a week ago and could not accept funds yet. Since my payment was unclaimed, paypal cancelled the transaction and refunded my money.
