I was almost taken in by this company. I am not sure exactly what the name of the company because the paper work has three different company names listed. At the top of the paperwork it says--Advance America Cash Advance (PaydayLoan), at the bottom it lists directlendingsolutions.com with a phone number of 801-889-1986. In one part of the paper work Priority Payday Loan and states, "The customer can avail an amount ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 as payday loans at Priority Payday Loan and then on another form the list Priority Payday Loan Servicing LLC.
They said I was approved for $3,500 dollars all I needed to do is put a hundred dollars on a Vanilla Reload Network card and they will use the receipt to verify that I had put the money on the card. I did get the card and the guy was on the phone with me the whole time. I gave him the receipt number and he acted as if he could not verify the amount with the receipt. So I told him I would call on three way and put my pin number in...well, the card phone number was busy every time I called and tried to connect the guy. So, I hung up with him and called Vanilla Card and they advised under "No" circumstances give that man nor anyone else my pin number and I did not.
I am unfamiliar with a reload card so when I got home I looked it up becaue I needed to get my money off that reload card. Once I went to the website I realized how the scam worked. Which was extremely easy....
Once you go to the Vanilla Reload Network, you are asked to put in your pin number and then it ask for the card you want to put the money on and I put it on a netspend card that my nephew have but just like that the money was transferred. Had I given him that pin...I am sure he would have done the same thing and my money would have been gone..
