Irequested a free sample of flawless effect on the 30 Oct, 2013. I received the produce on the 29th ovember, 2013 and was billed $98.37 the next day 30th Nov, 2014.
I went to use the product and the pump is faulty, I am unable to use the product at all.
I contacted the company and was told that I had signed up for a 14 day trial that "began the day I placed my order". I should have applied for an extension. Remember I had only just received the product and have been unable to use it.
I stated that I am unable to trial the product because of the faulty pump and was told to send the product back and it will be replaced.
I do not want the replacement product, I want nothing to do with this company if this is the way the operate. I have paid $98.37 + 4.95 for a product I cannot use.
They are asking me to return the product at my cost.
BE WARNED: Have nothing to do with this company they are a scam.
They do not list the ingredients of the product.
