Went to site put in information and somehow ended up with $99.00 worth of bids. Tried to log back into site and they wouldn't let me. As we never set up password can't log on no response to e-mail still. Just want out.

Call their customer service number (I had to dig for it) 877403-6981. Be forceful and demand the FULL refund, they will try to only give you a partial amount back. Good luck! It worked for me :)
