The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

Sent an e-mail directing me to their website, thought this was the genuine UGG store as it looked genuine and had an Australian address.
However was soon to discover on receipt of UGG boots that these were fake, and not terribly good ones at that.
Contacted the company to state that I wished to return the goods, as per their returns policy clearly noted on the website and have been unsuccessful to date in gaining instruction on how to return, instead I have been offered varying amounts of money to just keep the UGG boots.
I have logged a fraud report with Fraud Action Police, but sadly they have not contacted me further. I have all my e-mail correspondence dating back to the original e-mail directing me to the site. If you are able to secure a refund that would be great.
