I saw an ad posted on facebook about these diet pills. I usually don't try dietary supplements but for the trial offer posted for both pure garcinia cambogia and cleanse fx, I figured I'd take the plunge. After all, I could spare less than $10.00. So I went ahead and ordered it. About a month later I saw I was charged US$176.80 (188.64 Canadian dollars). I figured that they charged me automatically for the next month's subscription. Seeing that I wasn't satisfied with the supplements I did not want to continue my subscription. I wanted to request a refund. Considering that this was the only possible reason for the charges I called the company and talked to one of the representatives on the phone. To my astonishment, the woman states that the charges weren't for a next month's supply but that the trial/promotion was only valid for 15 days and that I had to call at the end of the trial period to take advantage of the listed price for the promotion. What exactly was I supposed to call for? Where do they state that I have to do this? She later explains that the $10.00 I paid was just for shipping. That is a blatant lie. On their website it clearly said that it was for 1 bottle of garcinia cambogia and 1 bottle of cleanse FX. I have never seen such a blatant false advertisement in my life. Just to add insult to injury, the woman politely says oh you don't have to send the bottle of garcinia cambogia and the bottle of cleanse FX back to us. You can keep it. How condescending can someone be. Don't act like you're doing some kind of favour for me. Please beware of this company.
