i signed up because the intro rate of .40 was appealing plus they said their rates were very competitive etc. well, after the intro rate i got a bill with a price o $1.27 per ccf. the next bill they charged .95 cents. all other companies are charging half that. so why are they so high??? they basically lied when trying to get you signed up by promising low rates etc. after i complained they did give me an adjustment of 32.00 & then on the second bill one of 9.00. that's not much considering columbia gas charged $115.00 less for those two months.
