After watching the Dr, Oz video on this product I went to the website and ordered. They offered to send me a free 30 day supply for only the shipping cost, which was 4.95. I agreed and the order was shipped. On 12/16/2013 I received the product and was informed that I could try the product for 14 days. "If the system is not for you, please call our customer service care line at 1-877-780-6448 within your 14 day Risk-Free Trial period to cancel. You will then be issued an RMA number to return the product, and you will not be billed any additional amount or receive future shipments". I also ordered the Cleanse FX with only having to pay for the shipping, which was 3.95. I received the same letter. I was led to believe from both of these websites that both were "FREE" bottles to try for only the shipping costs! This company has advertising, sales, billing, complaints with the BBB. I have contacted my attorney, my Credit card company and also the Customer Care Department at the Shore Group. I have no intention on returning the what would have been unused product or paying for the bottle since it was "FREE". I am sick of the misleading advertising.
