This man attempted to rent a room in my home off of a craigslist ad. He claimed to be studying to be an attorney and to have a family. He sent his mother over to scope things out, tendered a deposit and asked they we make some alterations on his behalf. After doing so, he withdrew from the lease and posted negative things about me after returning his deposit in full even though by law I did not have to. This man is a craigslist scammer and I highly doubt he is even an attorney of has a family. Thank God I did not let him move into my home or near my children, who knows what would have happened. Beware, he also claims to do non profit work. It's all a big lie, who knows what his real intentions were if he moved in.

- The woman "marcy" who likely lodged this complaint is Natalie Benshaw. Natalie's comment is not only dishonest, but its also a slanderous and personal attack. Natalie did in fact offer to lease this man a room and she gave him assurance that his $500 deposit was refundable. Benshaw and the prospective tenant never signed a lease. The prospective tenant changed his mind and requested his money back. Benshaw refused, claiming she had put in new carpet in anticipation of his arrival. The prospective tenant, not knowing better about this misanthrope's tactics, offered the poor girl half the moeny... she was defualting on her 1.4M home near Bel Air anyway. It took benshaw several weeks and a phone call to financial authority before she finally returned half of prospective tenant's money. Benshaw is a vindictive, spiteful divorcee (2x) who has left a trail of drama and disaster in her wake. Steer clear of her. She has lodged fictitious complaints like the one above. Natalie Benshaw is guilty of libel and will be held accountable the fullest extent of the law for this and any other libelous attacks.
