Waala au has scammed my phone account for mths .I hadn't been checking items cos had bill paid by direct debit. Have complaibed before . the Waala company contacted me & offered a piffling amount . But I want the whole scammed amountpaid back Don't actually know when all this began . Your investigators are Pershing this but don't seen to be able to get the monies back. I've also complained with Commonwealth Ombudsman. I intend to pursue this even if I have to report it to those 7.30 TV shows
