We search "holiday inn" through Google. This weblink is in the 2 line of the result. We clicked the link and made reservation by mistake.
Their website shows No cancellation fee and Lowest price guarantee, but they are lair.
When we received the confirmation email, we found they are not Holiday inn and they charge service fee (tax and service charge is $40,but actually tax is $15.64), besides, it is not lowest price. And we then tried to cancel the booking by phone. The custom service told us that we have to pay 1 night penalty and they don't match the lowest price.
They booked the hotel through Expedia.com. There is totally no reason to book hotel through them and they are definitely takes advantage from people.
