hello, I have had 2 monthly charges debited to my credit card which I don't remember signing up for at all. Charges were payed on the 11/12/13 and 11/11/13 for a total of AUD29.99 each. CUPIDBN.inf has been billing me these charges and I need to cancel these payments immediately, I need some proof that I signed up for more than a trial period, if you can't provide that then I would need a total refund. Your urgent attention would be greatly appreciated!!
