on 11-21-13, ordered product. only knowingly charged $1.95. followed instructions correctly. 10 min. later, received phone call from sales rep., stating my order appeared incomplete. told male voice order was complete, only wanted the $1.95 advertised deal. sales rep. was not able to sell me anything else,hung up. bank statement received on 12-21-13, $1.95 charged on 11-21-13, further charged $89.95 on 11-29-13 without knowledge. called co. at 877-321-6150, talked to customer service rep., who assured me I had agreed. told rep to cancel immediately. cancellation # 1042172. orig order # 1024333. want my money back.
