This company are a complete fraud. They charged me £98.37 without authorisation for a product they advertised as a free sample, requiring just a postage and packaging fee of £4.95.

After calling to complain about this issue, I was told that I would be refunded 50% of the £98.37 I was charged, and if I sent the product back I would receive it all, which is absolutely ridiculous and I responded stating my clear desire to receive the full £98.37 back into my account as I had already sent the item back.

I have called them numerous times and received excuses and referrals to parties who never call back.

I have been charged £98.37/$160+ for a product advertised as a free sample and I product I currently am not in possession of (as I posted it back to the address they provided!). The company are a complete and utter scam and by the looks of things have been performing this scam on many other customers.
