I ordered a sample pack of this product in early Nov (around 10th) to be sent to my home for $4.95 shipping cost. I recieved an email in early Dec to the effect that I should call about my order. I immediately responded that I had not placed an order --only asked for a sample--and that I would not be responsible for any further charges to my credit card and that I did not want more at the price indicated. I called their customer service # on 12/10/13 and complained that there was a charge on my credit card and that I would like it to be credited. The guy I talked to was adamment that I needed to notify them after 14 days of the order or of receiving the product--not sure--and that I was not eligible for a credit or a refund.
